John was thorough and knowledgeable about his industry and my situation. When we got our chimney caps placed, another tradesman had pointed out a couple of problems that John had not mentioned in his evaluation of our problem, I mentioned these to him and he was very receptive in taking another look. He then did what was needed in those areas while he was there, even though those issues were not treated with mortar. I appreciated his willingness to fix the whole situation that really wasn't part of his bid.

Basar wasted no time in calling and getting the job done. They called me up to see when I was available, and showed up 15 minutes later to give me a quote. Then as soon as the rain stopped for about 1/2 a day, they came and made the repairs. They also fixed a couple of other small problems that I was not aware of with no fuss and no extra charge! There was a bigger problem that they made me aware of that they don't work on, but did not hesitate to give me information of someone who could! And most importantly their quote was the best right out of the gate! I would definitely use them in the future!

Project: Clean and Inspect a Chimney or Fireplace
He was courteous and on time. I asked him to give me call half an hour before he reach my home and he did. He removed the shoes after entering the house so that dirty snow stayed away. He cleaned the floor and over all I have a good experience.
