Had a new roof installed on my townhouse. I contacted 4 other contractoers and this one is the only one that provided me with a written proposal/estimate. The crew showed up when they said they would, installed the entire roof in 1 day and left the place clean.

Project: Repair a Tile Roof
They called right away, and we made an appointment - but they did not show up for the first one, or call to postpone. Then, I called THEM and asked for a reschedule. They quoted me a price of $550 to replace (using my inventory) 3 or 4 broken clay tiles. The reason it was to be so much was because they needed to send a "team" and the team had to "tie off" for safety, etc. In the end, ONE MAN showed up - hopped up on a ladder with my tiles, and the job was done in 30 minutes. I refused to pay the $550 for 30 mins. of work - so they gave me a "break" and only charged $350. I feel that I was overcharged and I cannot recommend them.

Jody and his crew did an excellent job installing the ridge vent and soffit vents. Only thing I could recommend is that they all stop smoking.

Great, gave good inspection, didn't try to sell anything not needed. Listened and gave good advice. Work done promptly and as promised. Good price. Nice to meet honest, dependable business people. I highly recommend this firm.

They were able to quickly come out and do a roof repair between storms. Would call them again when we need to replace the roof.
