Brian was very knowledgeable. He arrived exactly on time and was amazingly efficient. I kept waiting for extra charges to be tacked on, but they never were. He charged me what he quoted me. The job was finished 30 minutes earlier than he said it would be and I couldn't be happier with my new water heater, which is better than I would get at Lowe's or Sears. I asked for a bunch of business cards, as I'm going to recommend him to my neighbors & friends. Thank you, Brian...I think you might be the last honest & affordable plumber out there!!

Barnes plumbing was absolutely wonderful! I have had many plumbers and truly believe this company was by far the best I have experienced. He is honest and very skilled as a Master Plumber. My husband and I will use them again with our next plumbing project.

He was very courteous - I explained the problem that I had an emergency broken valve on my toilet that was spraying water upwards to the ceiling. and he came to my house and fixed the problem very quickly, cleaned up and did not leave a mess. He explained what he was going to do - I was extremely pleased and would recommend him to others.

Bryan with Barnes Plumbing called me within 2 minutes of submitting my request on ServiceMagic.com. I explained to him what was going on and he gave me a prelimnary quote that was very reasonable and much less then I was quoted by the orange home improvement center. I hired Barnes to do the work and Bryan gave me a time that someone would be out. Dustin was the person that came out to do the work, he was very professional and worked quickly. He had to reroute the plumbing and also install a stand and was done with everything in about 2 hours. The cost was exactly what was quoted; no surprises. They are professional and honest. HIRE THEM!

I would definitely recommend using Bryan. He gave me a good price to install the pressure regulator and was very helpful when we first spoke. He was able to send one of his colleagues earlier than expected and the guy had no complaints about working in the 100 degree weather! The pressure seems fine now so all is good!
