We were haggling with our insurance company about how much they were going to pay for a wind damage claim, and we had to reschedule with B&K several times for multiple insurance inspections. B&K was very patient through the process and worked with us when we were finally ready to schedule the job. I would've preferred that on the day of the job, either Ronnie or Brandon had been on-site the full time to supervise the work crew instead of being gone much of the morning.
