This company came immediately (August 4, 2011). However, they butchered one palm tree and did not fully trim another one in my back yard. Also did not complete the major task of trimming a large Washingtonian palm, claiming they left their spikes at another job. He demanded payment for $125 of a $150 quote for the job. He said he would be back next week to complete the job-never came back. After several phone calls, he called me back and said his spikes totally disappeared and he had to order new ones. He told me to have the home owners call him if I was written up for not having the big palm trimmed. 12/31/11 job still not done.

My need was explained. Mr.B said he knew exactly what to do. He came 1 week later. o.k. He did not finish cutting but did damage many branches by letting his saw skim the good branches. Asked eto return he said he would but would charge for the damage - that 'he did'. Here apx. 45 min. paid $300. Others asked for $250.

Brian and his crew were on time and did a great job. The trees had not been touched in more than 10 years, but by the time Brian got done they looked great! He went the extra mile to explain everything and charged as quoted. I will use him again and recommend him to anyone.
