Project: Test for Toxic Materials & Mold
The work/job was definitely over-priced at $2,200+ and, the amount of time it took was not what was originally stated. I don't think he was very honest; also, the air samples were not turned in to the lab immediately as promised.

Project: Test for Traces of Lead
Gave a positive result for lead than realized a mistake was made after a week of questions he issued a new report stating we were lead free. This caused us a weeks delay in our project.
