Mr. Gene was fantastic. He contacted me within minutes after I completed the request with Service Magic. He was friendly and professional when speaking with him. We scheduled a visit for an estimate and he was promjpt professional. The project had to be rescheduled to 05/01/12 due to my job. Mr. Gene was understanding and kept in contact. On 05/01/12 he contacted me in the morning to confirm our afternoon appt. He was on time and did a fantastic job in an unbelievable short period of time. I would not hesitate to contact him again or refer him to everyone I know. I know he'll being doing other projects for me in the future.

Dependable, able to work on weekend so I didn't have to miss work. Neat, and finished the job in a couple of hours.

He did not complete the job. Did not do calking as requested. Missed some of the touch ups I pointed out. Very disappointed and feel he over charged me for the work.

Mr. Bracey was a true professional. He was very neat personally and with the job. He finished the job in 2 days and called me the day I checked ServiceMagic. He came out the same day and started the next day. I call this service. The job was perfect and everything was spotless when he was finished.
