Bob called to inspect the broken spring SECONDS after I submitted my help project on Service Magic! He arrived within hours on a Saturday and the repair was finished 2 days later. I was very satisfied!

After a horrible experience with a "Craigslist" person who ripped me off, B&B Overhead came in and did the job for less, with a better door and within 48 hours of my first call. Even after doing purchasing for 32 years one still needs to learn the hard way sometimes. I wanted to save a buck, well in the end in cost me. B&B came in and did a supreme job of everything and at a lesser cost. Yes, I lost money with "Craigslist", however B&B turned my nightmare of a lesson into a pleasant experience. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone, YOU will be much happier and have a better job, better product and most likely at a lesser cost. It is a win and win situation with B&B and everyone is more then happy.

Service was excellent and professional. Bob came all the way from Akron in the evening when occurred for a free quote. Super prompt service. He was back the next day to fix my door. Works Great! Is even quieter than before repair. Took less than an hour to fix clean professional job very friendly and honest. Would definitely recommend. For the amount of damage done to my door Price was very reasonable also.

He did good work & was very quick the 1st visit. The 2nd visit however, he was 1 hr 15 min late. I also believe he low-bid the initial estimate over the phone, only to raise it once he came to the house. He also liked to bad-mouth the competition, which I found to be unprofessional.

Great job at a good price which included removal & install. Because of the holidays, weather and 14' door size with windows, lead time was slightly longer than planned. This was no problem as the old door was still operational. Home depot wanted more for a door that I'd have to install ($193 extra just for the windows).

Our service rep. was outstanding. He showed up and got the job done that same night even thought it meant he had to work until 9pm. He was friendly and knowledgeable. Would most definitely recommend to others.
