Their one area for needed improvement is keeping the homeowner better informed about such things as when the painters would arrive and when "iffy" weather forecasts would lead to a skipped day of work. BCM scraped and sanded it smooth before priming.  A lot care was taken to protect other surfaces and foliage before spraying and the trim work was done neatly under difficult circumstances (record setting heat wave).  Thorough clean up left our house and yard looking great.
