We were seeking a contractor to have our house sided and through ServiceMagic we made contact with Balestra and their representative Newton. It was to be a fortunate occurence for us. We found working with Newton to be a distinct pleasure. He is a soft spoken, patient and accomodating gentleman. Nothing seems to faze him. Based on our experience we can only give Balestra and Newton our highest rating. Certainly with respect to pricing and results we also were very pleased. All our dealings with contractors should be this good.

Newton contacted me promptly, came over and repaired the siding right away. It was a really small job and honestly not worth everyone's time spent getting estimates. He also very quickly completed a few additional tiny jobs at no additional cost.

Newton removed and replaced a portion of my vinyl siding including what was beneath to allow my plumber to replace a hidden water. when the job was complete you couldn't tell the vinyl was ever touched. Newton was prompt, reliable and fair. I would not hesitate using him on any future projects.

He came to the house within a half hour of when i called him. Started the project the next day. He called during the project to let me know the status and timeline. He even helped with a roofing problem that i had. Great work!
