Rating: Project: Carpets or Rugs - Clean at Home Although the owner was nice enough when we spoke about his services (and has now offered to come out to see the stains that did not come out,) I was unhappy with how the young man who came to my… Read Complete Rating Although the owner was nice enough when we spoke about his services (and has now offered to come out to see the stains that did not come out,) I was unhappy with how the young man who came to my house refused to give me the 15% discount offered online; he said, "you are not a new customer" and of course, I was.  I have spoken to the owner since re. further comments from the cleaner that was upsetting.  I trust that everything will be fine because Bob Baker seems, at least on the telephone, very professional and caring about his service and customers.  I hope to give more stars after Bob's visit.  See All Ratings
