good job

came after me for more money midway through the project knowing I couldnt say no as my loan for the purchase for the house was dependent on it and the extra expenses were from his poor measuring and estimating the removal of existing stairs. Very upset with Bailey and am still considering reporting hm to the FTC.

Unfortunately this was a very unreasonable client, on a very small job ($3000) to replace front concrete stoop & stairs with a wood structure. After agreeing to a detailed & itemized bid, then submitting drawings to the village for permit, changes required by the village added costs to the project that the client was refusing to pay for. They were legitimate costs that were not included in our original contract. The client wound up paying an additional $350 for these "village" required changes to the scope of work, which really were not needed, but the village has the final word. The client expected us to pay out of our pocket for his costs!

Price was great, craftsmanship was wonderful, accomodated all of our requests, extremely courteous crew, flexible with changes in plans, thorough job of cleaning site daily......we would highly recommend Baily Builders, Inc.

I was given a great presentation to include floor plan, a computer graphic of the powder room, and a detailed list of all cost and labor. They started on schedule, were professional, and always informed me of what was happening. The finished project which was a challenge to fit a half bath into a very small space in our family room/theater room was very impressive. My family was very pleased, and we would hired the company for other projects.

Very positive experience working with Frank Bailey and his team. He completed 3D designs of the deck for us and went through several iterations until we were able to finalize the design. He took care of all permits and materials, as well as accomodating a few unique design requests. His crew was professional and courteous. Our deck was well constructed and we get many complements on it. During construction, Frank and his team made some improvements on the design and did not charge me for them, which was very appreciated. They built a high quality deck that my wife and I are very happy with.

I am very pleased with the work performed by Bailey Builders. The response to my request for an estimate was same day. I was able to set up an appointment for the estimate quickly. I recieved a very detailed proposal that explained all of the work and supplies needed. The work started within the week, and took the estimated 3 days to complete. They did a great job at a reasonable price. When I'm ready to do more, I would use them again.

The job was completed on time with excellent results. The crew arrived on time and worked extremely well together to complete the project. All items in the contract were fulfilled satisfactorily to my requirements. I would highly recommend this contractor to anyone who is looking for quality work done at a reasonable price.

Frank was good to work with, as was Dustin. My suggestion to others hiring him would be to ensure that you have thought your vision all the way through down to the basic details so there are no misunderstandings. So far, the work appears to be of good quality, and their clean-up of the waste from the project was superb.

Bailey Builders did a great job of everything we had originally decided to do. We added some extra work after the initial price quote. The cost for the extra work was also reasonable. I just wish we had gotten a price list for the extra work before the payments were due. I liked the fact that we could go and pick out what we wanted.
