Baffa was very informative and communicated effectively to help me understand what caused the issues. During the repair in the bathroom and kitchen he came across an unexpected issue in each area of repair, he was confident that he could also resolve those issues, and he did. I would use his services again.

I had a problem with my tub/shower: water would come out of both the faucet and shower head, regardless of which way handle was turned. I spoke with 2 other plumbers about it, but Patrick was the only one who actually took the stem out so he'd know what he'd need to fix it (when he came back to do the work, he took the stem with him to match the part). He also replaced a corroded pipe under the kitchen sink. The sink drains quicker, shower works beautifully, and he finished more than a half hour ahead of schedule. Great work, great price, and a great guy: will DEFINITELY use him again.
