Project: Landscape Yard or Gardens
The project was 2 weeks late from the verbal promise and nothing happened for a whole week without a call or anything, like, what's going on! Pete, the owner, is a good guy, but didn't get off on the right foot as the project commenced. We had a dark brown (toffee) mow curb that turned white because of the efflourescents in the soil, but he didn't know that or warn us about it. My wife was ANGRY!! I know he will get it corrected and the final result looks great, but it was a hard time during the process.

Pete Perez is amazing. I received 8 bids from various contractors and Back to Eden Landscapes was by far the best deal. All of the bids recommended a new irrigation system, Pete adjusted my existing setup saving me a lot of money allowing me to make my yard better in other ways. Pete and his crew were professional, thorough, and hardworking. I was also impressed with how explained the whole process to me and was easy to talk to and he also took the time to answer my 3 year old son's questions about the whole process. I am extremely happy with Back to Eden and I would definitely use them again.

I think Pete need to keep the customer posted on what going on not just call the morroning he plains to show up to move forward on completing the project put to set up a schedule and keep to it we had several days he said he be here and not show up then call later in the day he be here the next day and did not show. That might be why he may or may not get additional projects.

He was doing a great job, including letting me there were a lot moer valves that still needed repair and was going to give me an updated quote right away. Now it's four days later and I haven't heard from him so I wonder shat's going on.
