Our project was a small ~45-SF bathroom remodel at our Rocklin, Ca residence.  We are extremely pleased with our bathroom --- and --- just signed another contract with BC Services (BCS) to have our other bathroom remodeled.  I am a retired construction project manager (20+ yrs) with the US Navy and the Corps of Engineers.  The quality of work and the level of detail BCS provided was excellent and beyond my expectations.  Give BCS an opportunity to provide a bid on your project.  It will be a detailed bid and you'll be able to see your line-item costs.  The contract we used fully complies with the State's required passages.  Communications was excellent, materials used were new and high quality, and our existing walls and surfaces were well protected.  We had one deductive change order (Customer requested) and full price for that work was returned.  There were no surprises, we were not nicked-and-dimed for what we wanted in the project, and BCS was a strong team-player on the project.  I've seen many contractors in my day --- BCS ranks high with the best of them --- in all categories.  They wanted me to be happy with the results --- they got what they wanted --- we definitely are pleased and offer a strong recommendation to give them an opportunity to look at and bid your project.

Overall all of our contacts with BC Services have been more then pleasent.  From the beginning of our project, we found the workers to be self motivated, hard working knowledgeable , courteous and patient with our continual questions. They showed up when expected.  We are very pleased with our project and have received many compliments.  Would not hesitate to recommend nor to hire them again.
