Contractor was prompt and completed the work as requested. Minor damage to yard by truck was resolved to my satisfaction in a prompt and courteous way. Good value for a reasonable price.

They performed to my expectations. Mike the salesperson was easy to discuss project with and was preofessional. Nick and Dave, the installers, were hard working and seemed to take pride in what they did. Not easy to do what they do - they were enthusiastic nonetheless.

Two cancellations for appointment. One for estimate and the next for installation. Given ample time to make other plans and not stay home. All in all, a very good service provider. I would definitely use them again.

Project: Install or Upgrade Blown-In Insulation
We were told by the sales person that it was possible that a few clapboards may be cracked or broken but the majority would not be damaged. When the project was completed nearly every clapboard was slit in half the length of the board and put back up broken. They were very slow in processing the paperwork needed for the utility rebate. We will wait for winter to see how well the insulation job was itself was done. My recommendation is to use someone else even if it costs a few extra dollars.
