BT Commercial Services, LLC, was formed to provide environmentally sound debris removal and hauling for residential and commercial customers in the metro Detroit area. Along with relationships with local companies, we recycle most of the product we haul including shingles, drywall, wood, metals and yard waste. We offer trash-out and clean-out services for Realtors, Bank Owned properties and families that that need to get their parents or grandparents homes cleaned out for sale. We take the worry and pressure off of the customer. Our professionals can empty most homes in a 12-24 hour period and recycle or re-purpose the items. Have a home to get ready to sell? Call us.

BT Commercial Services did an exceptional job. What was to take two days, became three. It was more of an undertaking than expected, but BT did what they said they would do.

I was in need of getting rid of the trash at the curb that my city DPS wouldn't pick up because of a nail in a board. BT commercial services came to the rescue, I was two hundred miles away and all I did was make a couple of phone calls and the job got done over night, many thanks to Bill for getting the job done so quickly and at very reasonable rate. I have no complaints everything worked out really well. I would recommend them in a minute, customer service was great and completely satisfied with the service. We had used the dumpster to clean out my dads garage.

We rented 4 dumpsters from Bt commercial services llc. The price was fair and competive. Bill was very friendly and was prompt on not only with the dumpsters but with returning our calls. Would highly recommend them and would use their services again

We were able to place our dumpsters in the customers back yard right at the back door. This enabled the customer to load the items from the basement directly into the dumpster. Our equipment can be placed in tight spaces. Check out the photos. Another satisfied customer.

Bill and his helper were very professional, did a great job moving a 1600 pound boulder in adverse weather conditions. I would highly recommend Bill and his team at BT Commercial Services.

Our unique equipment enabled us to move this landscape boulder for the customer with zero damage to the surrounding landscape. In a snow storm to boot! After 20+ years in the same location, the boulder had become a city violation and a fine was possible if not moved.
