We are proud to announce our new program for homeowners and residents in the St Louis Metro area! It is the new "Energy Savings Checkup". This will begin July 1, 2008. The cost will range from $250 - $400. This will include the evaluation of the following systems: Electrical, Heating, Cooling, Insulation, Windows, Doors and the total energy usage of the residence. A consultation and a comprehensive report will be conducted and reviewed with the resident. Selected residents may qualify for the new "Energy Giving Fund”. This fund will offer grants to cover repairs needed as a result of the "Energy Saving Checkup". Selected elderly, disabled and disadvantaged residents will be recipients of these grants up to 50% of the total repair costs. Any donors of $400.00 or more will qualify for a free "Energy Savings Checkup" and receive tax credits dollar for dollar. Help your community, donate $250.00 to the Energy Giving Fund and get 100% tax credits! Building System Technologies, LLC offers specialty contracting, design, product distribution, and system management. Our partners will primarily be construction managers, general contractors and architectural firms. Our clients will be business owners, property owners and managers, real estate agents, brokers, investors and home owners. Our staff is very highly trained and professional in each area of service offered, so there are no jacks-of-all-trades here. We have specialist who have expertise and training in their respective areas. This allows us to provide our partners and clients with peace of mind as they are confident in the services we will render. We have a professional staff that takes great pride in quality workmanship, and professional, personalized service including all electrical from designer interior & exterior lighting, complete wiring for new homes, additions, and remodels, panel upgrades, generators, all switches, outlets, fixtures, fans, home security, communications wiring, home and business theatre systems, home automation and more!
