Rating: Project: Central A/C - Install The system they installed was brand new to them so I had to suggest that they call the company that produces it to get help installing it.  It took one week to get the furnace installed… Read Complete Rating The system they installed was brand new to them so I had to suggest that they call the company that produces it to get help installing it.  It took one week to get the furnace installed which was crazy.  We had to stay in a hotel for one week which added to the cost of the furnace/ac install.  When I went to fill out the warranty paperwork, I found that the numbers I needed were behind a door that had been bolted down.  I called them to come back out and open it so I could get the number and it took them a month to come out and open it for me so I could send in the paperwork.  They were courteous however and they kept the jobsite clean.  With all that took place, I would not be able to recommend this company.  See All Ratings
