Very happy overall. Was later for appt and I had to call him to find out when he'd be here, but once here, he was very friendly and good. He did have to come back out for a follow up, but had no issues doing so and ended up fixing a pre-existing problem that was not apparent until the initial repair was done and he did so without being asked or asking for anything additional. I'd recommend again.
