Love my new windows! I didn't get any other estimates as I had 4 friends recommend Brothers and I am certainly glad I took their advise. The installers were incredible! In just 5 short hours they put in beautiful windows and were very neat and everything was nice and clean when they left. Would absolutely recommend Brothers and these installers to anyone!!

Sensitive to the horrible condition my tenant left the house in; gave us the promised discounts; and the people who're scheduling the installation are aware of how quickly we need the installation of our windows. They're great.

Salesman very nice but presentation way too long. Did not need the kindergarten student explaination. Came out to do measurements on a Sunday - a plus so we could get things rolling. Had a small problem with the order. Called - Did not get call back. Left wondering if problem resolved. Apparently it was but would have been nice to hear back. Was told installation two weeks after deposit; did not hear from anyone after 2 weeks. Finally called on Wed. It took all day to hear back with an installation date. Install - in and out quick. Happy with windows. Sliding glass door a bit tricky to open and close but getting used to it.

Frank was the salesman who gave us the estimate. His presentation was impressive. We liked that they BOTH manufacture and install their own windows. So, you automatically end up with a double warranty (manufacturer and installation) which we found hard to find with other contractors. We also chose Brothers because we liked their product best of the other brands we looked at. Their pricing was very reasonable and competitive . They also promised us a letter to transfer the warranty (to the next owner of our home), which we have yet to receive... Overall, the windows look great and already have shown the power of the e3 coating in one day.
