BR called me the next day at 8:00 am and was at my house by 10:30 am and my project was finished in 2 hours. Very happy with the work he did.Would refer him to aother people and would hire him again for other projects.

Project: Install or Upgrade Blown-In Insulation
I received a quote from another person that didn't include the extra vents and would have delayed the job by a month and cost more. The third party made an appointment for an estimate and then didn't show up for it. Brad came in with a reasonable offer for the entire job and did the install within a week. They were here twice and did a fine job. I will definately give my friends his referral information. Pleasant person and nice to deal with.

Project: Repair Window Frames
Brad was very professional. Arrived early, instantly recognized the problem was not what I thought it was, and went right into fixing it. He explained to me how I can avoid the problem in the future and why it happened in the first place. He also charged me less than he quoted over the phone, which was itself a very reasonable price. I will definitely be asking Brad again for help when other projects come up.

Project: Repair a Greenhouse
Things started out great, but then I could never get a hold of him, he installed the wrong product and then wanted to charge me more money to take off the wrong stuff and put on the right stuff.

This was an unfortuneate thing to have happen to me on one of my first jobs in the area. Home owner just refussed to pay and then "changed his mind". Everything was clearly stated in the contract and I was right. As with every job we sign a contract that clearly states the scope of the work and the materials that will be used.
