Brian was top notch!! He was very professional and answered all of my questions even if I called him at 7:00 am est. Most imporantly, he was very reasonable with pricing.

Project: Upgrade an Electrical Panel or Wiring

So far BNM has been the kind of professional that you would want to deal with. As of now Brian has come to our home, looked at our job needs, has given a detailed proposal,and listened to what we wanted to do and also has given his input. He has not started the actual job yet,but has promised us the job will be completed wihtin the time we need it to be. I would be glad to let you know when BNM completes the job, to rate this again. I have had 5 other people I called. Some of the others; 1 person never showed; 1 person gave a non-detailed proposal,was asked to detail and gave us the same non-detailed proposal;1 person had their agenda .

Project: Install a Generator

My generator project is still pending delivery and instalation of product.Brian was very thorough with his evaluation of the project, he gave a good recomedation of what was best for the instalation with alternate plans at a very good price.The project isnt completed yet due to backlog at generator company.He was very thorough,and did a great job with the istallation,startup and going over the operation and service of the sytem. I would recommend him in a heartbeat.
