Brent did a thorough review of the problem that needed fixing and offered a couple of options for repairs. He was prompt to respond and did the job when he said he would and for the price that was quoted. Quality of the work was great and resolved the problem.

Nice work for a reasonable price. BMS completed my project within the schedule, and did a nice job. My only complaint is that they were late arriving on the jobsite each morning, but made up for that in attention to detail

While we had some difficulties getting together to do this, in the long run I was very satisfied with the outcome of this job. Brent gave me a very fair price, completed the job in the estimated time frame, and cleaned up the area without a trace.

Communication of materials/ repair was outstanding. Finished product looks awesome and only time (and the rainy season) will tell if the repairs work as good as it looks (I think it will).

Project: Install or Replace Wood Stairs and Railings

I hired Brent to build a cedar railing around my deck, install some Hardie siding and rebuild some stairs. Of the three quotes I obtained, Brent's was in the middle. I selected him because he was the most knowledgable, had the best ideas and explained the project and my options in the greatest detail. He left the job-site clean each day and was a pleasure to have at my house. Really friendly guy and great to talk to. The finished job was the best carpentry I've had completed on my house. Every rail and picket is perfectly square, the mitre cuts are clean as they come and the stairs are solid as a rock. Will definitely hire again.

I am a Realtor representing a Buyer of a condo. There was a concern about some water intrusion on a deck. Brent took his lunch hour to come and support the idea that there is only cosmetic damage. My Buyer is going forward. I will gladly recommend Brent for all future work with owner/Clients . . . the kind he can bill and get paid!
