Project: Remodel a Basement
Ryan is unprofessional and we felt threatened and approached my Mother with a threat about the payment. I feel he does half witted and shoddy work. We have gone through lame excuses like "I fell asleep on the couch", no shows for work, and threats at the end of the job. We referred him to our neighbor who is also fed up with him and wants him gone. The mirror was broken and it was left it outside in a garbage bag for us to see it, He paid us for the mirror at the end of the job. Being flood victims, we were not expecting a contractor to make our situation even worse than it was. When he was done, our tiles were not leveled and will eventually crack, he left most of the walls with spackle and never painted the spots, also a bottom piece of our refrigerator.

Project: Renovate or Repair a Home
Ryan Gallucci- unprofessional, rude, condescending. Shoddy work with unsupervised workers. Falling asleep on the couch was one excuse used for absence.. Failure to meet contractual 15 October deadline un-finishing the job in December. Broke antique bathroom mirror deliberately, blatantly placed in garbage. We had to finish the job after feeling threatened for the final check although the job was unfinished. Presently taking advantage of my regreful neighbor who is also using his services. Being flood victims, we felt Ryan took advantage of our unfortunate situation and made things worse. I would never recommend this contractor.

They did very good work-very professional. They did a very good cleanup and showed up promptly to do the work.

Fabulous work. He did everything on time, on schedule and cleaned up after the work. Very efficient in his work.
