Project: Repair or Service a Central Air Conditioning System
I previously had another A/C company do a service maintenance on a/c unit. They wanted to sell me over $600 worth of service. Luckily, I didn't use them. I used B Kool and the repair man was honest and said that I didn't need any of what they other repair service wanted. Instead of spending over $600, I spent $50.00. B Kool was honest and reliable and didn't try to take my life savings. Thank you B Kool.

Project: Install or Replace a Heat Pump
The project was completed in a timely manner, work ethics were top notch. Small problem after completion at first negatively received by company. Upon inspection was quickly resolved and apologized for the inconveniance. Company's customer service policy is superior to others I have dealt with in the pass. Would highly recommend.
