Checked out the problem we were having, but realized that nothing had to be done. He charged us nothing to check it out, and was very prompt and polite.

Project: Install Carpentry Framing
Brian and his crew did an amazing job on framing our unfinished basement. They were very prompt and the quality of work was top notch. They were very easy to work with an had some great ideas when in regard to our floor plan. After their work was completed I made a change to the design and they were able to come with less than 24 hours notice which kept on project on schedule. I plan on using them again to repair some wood rot we have. I would highly recommend B K Smith if your looking for a quality craftsman.

Small job but he was quick, accomodating and fair. If you want to work with a regular nice guy, choose Brian.
