Project: Repair Ceramic or Porcelain Tile
they gave me an estimate to replace 6 cracked ceramic tiles. One price for agreeing to job at time of esitmate, a higher price if I didn't. Should have been the first warning. I hired them anyway. Then came out-job was taking longer than estimated. Returned to finish job and told me they couldn't do it for the original price. I refused to renegotiate and didn't have them finish the job. Never received a call from the owner as the technician said I would. Never so disappointed in a contractor. Be careful.
