Brian and his helper were just amazing at the job that they did and the quality of work. I will definitely use them in the future if I have plumbing needs. I would highly recommend them and I am very satisfied with the job they did.

I provided a description of the problem to Brian via email. He assured me all would be repaired. One part of the problem was repaired and when I contacted him about the second part (after the job was done) he never responded. It took 3 emails and as many months to get back in touch with him and now he tells me that the 2nd part of the problem has a separate cause that he'd be happy to give me an estimate on. This is not what I was told from the start and so I feel cheated. Additionally, I chose his company because he said he could be reached by email and would email me the estimate but he takes far too long to respond to emails.

In June 2009, BK Plumbing dug-up and replaced the sewer clean out as well as snaked-out the main sewer line. The customer was only charged $165.00 for this service. The customer then contacted us by email approx. 6 weeks later to say she was experiencing problems with her washing machine drain. I responded to her email with in two days and informed her that I would meet her at her convenience. I also said it was un-related to the main sewer line because everything else was draining normally and would be an additional charge to snake the laundry line. The customer didnt respond after that and we have not heard from customer since Oct. 2009
