he took a very long to commit to a start date, kept us waiting, then when did do the work, generally pleased, but not good attention to detail, should have replaced a drying peice of sod, trying to get done too quickly. seemed like he was behind in appts.

Surprised on this rating. I was behind. busy season with a lot of rain.and she had a wedding so time was an issue. I even discounted her for the late start. I laid 1300 square ft of sod on the hottest driest week of the summer. There was a small piece of sod that was browning. I told her it was still growing. keep watering and if it drys let me know Ill replace. never heard back. I take customer satisfaction very serious and am willing to work with them on whats needed to make them happy.

Returned calls and emails in a timely fashion. Showed up when he said he would and did a quality job at a great price. Would definately recommend!
