They contacted me soon after my request for services. After talking with several contractors and getting estimates, I decided to hire BIS and was never sorry. [He} always explained all steps and gave me wise advises for my home-made project plan. They have started on time, and finished project way ahead of time. Not because of "cutting corners" but because of hard working. I imagine it was not easy to dig out rolling slope that we had, remove all dirt and build beautiful retaining wall with planters using exactly the same blocks as our existing property line walls! THANKS!! Rating: Project: Landscape - Soil, Sand and Rock Delivery even though the job was not performed, i would use this company again.
