BDM Construction Inc

I entered into a basement finish contract on June 15/11, for 500 sq feet. It took 4 MONTHS for BDM to complete. Living through an absolute mess of drywall dust for 4 months is not a reasonable expectation for a 500 sq ft. project. Entire weeks would go by with no work. They'll start your project on time; but after that good luck. Lots of excuses then a lack of communication/project management will follow. The workmanship was good, especially the finishing stage. But 17 weeks?

BDM has skilled professionals that do a quality job. If something is not right, they work hard to fix it. Highly reccommend their services.

The end results are fabulous and I love my remodeled bathroom. Brian's suggestion for the travertine tile was right on and it really looks nice. There were some time delays resulting from issues with the cabinetry; quality would be a 5 except for the cabinetry.

Mr. Brian Moor's personal involvement and interest in every aspect of the project was highly valued. He went out of his way in having the work done economically and professionally.

BDM Construction responded very promptly to my request to evaluate my garage damage and provided a professional and accurate estimate the next day.

Going forward anyone that uses BDM construction, I would request or demand that they provide a timeline on the project it self, and to keep the customer informed throughout the project every step of the way.

Excellent work- we are very pleased with our addition. Some issues with communication but they make it a point to work with you so that you are pleased with the progress and the results.

BDM finished our basement and it looks phenomenal. They completed the project within the budged time and came in under the budgeted cost of the project as well. We plan on using BDM Construction for future projects and would recommend Brian and his team to anyone.

we are starting our 9th week on a 10 to 14 day bathroom remodel - communication is spotty and workers frequently don't show up -come late and leave early

Leah we did our best given many hurdles to overcome.We communicated all of these problems to you and worked through them as they occured.We do not have a crystal ball and cannot see behind walls.Job was started and completed in 8.5 weeks from start to finish.We predicted 6 weeks at start this included the problems that we encountered.We again appreciate the oppourtunity!

A 2 to 3 day job turned into a 4 month ordeal.. Days that worker was suppose to show up no one showed and no phone call... screens are not removable for replacement or cleaning... Would not recommend this contracter for any work to anyone.... cheap job...

Communication is what we preach!The customer was very aware of material that needed re order due to wrong parts.We have no control over that.Actual days on job were 16.customer left town and son was left to observe and had no clue about previous discussion or schedule.Job was bid around budgets and materials were discussed prior to start.This was a standard job for us.Yurned out great and got two more from it.Thanks for you buisness Mark.Very low communication customer!!
