Chris spent an hour doing the initial estimate, really looking at my house and deciding on where the radon abatement would best be placed. Then he worked with me on the price. On the day of installation, they showed up on time, and worked non-stop in freezing weather to get the job done quickly and well. I've had no problems with the system. A week later, we had a kitchen plumbing issue, and I hired BC Plumbing to do that job as well.
