Bedroom pleated shade was not working so Mr. Ergun repaired it on 8/6/08. Two weeks later the same problem occurred and a return call was made to my house. The shade is working perfectly now so I am very pleased with the service from Best Buy Window Treatment and will use them in the future.

Friendly, on time and responsive. I thought his prices were a little high. I chose not to buy anything at this point so he charged me a $25.00 service fee. Not sure that is appropriate in a sales situation?
