Benjamin was great. Refreshing to know contractors can arrive on time (a first for me). Liked the fact he was a technician and not a salesman. He didn't waste any time trying to push other services on me and only gave me a quote for a new unit because I asked. Definitely going to use him when we need to replace our unit, no question about it.

Benjamin was great - he came out less than 24 hours after I called (and arrived at the beginning of the 1 hour window he gave us!) and went above and beyond in fixing and servicing our AC.
