B&M Services listed on your site installed the ceiling fan that I was having trouble with, Billy did an excellent job, covered everything that needed ro be done. Would recommend him to others.

Bill came every day, worked on our bathroom, did not bother us, was very polite, and by the time he was done we felt like he was part of the family. We trusted him to be here by himself if we had to go out and did not worry about our home. His work is GREAT, he did what we wanted, and cleaned up every day before he left. Bill gave us a price and even stayed under the price he gave us.

This turned into a full bathroom remodel. Gut-to-studs. Nothing better than coming in under budget! It helps to find material on sale, that fits the build. I'm glad you were happy with the scope of work & allowance sheet. It makes for happy customers & helps in understanding when customers want to spend a little extra on part of the build.

We hired Billy (B&M) through Service Magic - at first it was to install a bathroom light/fan fixture - then it turned into a whole to do list. Billy arrived on time, everytime, and did everything we asked, very well. We could not have asked for better service. We plan on having him come out again to do more projects in our house, in the next few weeks.

After signing up with Servicemagic I received a call within 30 minutes. I had an unusual situation and this gentleman was right there for me. The first project was to mount our flat screen TV on the wall for me - I was afraid this job would be too trivial but he was glad to do. He even filled the holes in the wall that my husband had made. While he was here I showed him some plans for book shelves and he has agreed to give me a price and build them for me. I am thrilled I found him!

The contractor has done a great job. He was honest, polite, on time and on the budget. One thing that I especially liked is that I had to pay the exact amount that was stated on the contact. I would consider hiring this contractor for other remodeling projects.

I believe I lost a star because one of the items in need of repair were out of my range of expertize. I did give a number of an other contractor that could take care of that issue. I have done multiple jobs for this customer.

They were prompt, very fair pricing, communication was top notch! Worked clean, emailed photos of the items from the store so I could pick what I wanted! Billy was very polite while working at my home. Also, took care of a few other small items while he was here. Highly recommended & an asset to Service Magic!
