Dennis bid the gutter replacement job quickly and came in lowest. Once the job started we AGREED some additional work needed to be done to do the job correctly (add a spacer to the facia board so the gutters hung correctly). He completed all the work and since I had reduced the job by two downspouts (in favor of "rain chains") he agreed to call it even in and settled on the bid price (which I believe was MORE THAN FAIR). I think the gutters will function well and look nice. Strongly recommend!!

Dennis was prompt (45 minutes after call (as we agreed) on s Saturday mornig) friendly and professional. The phone quote was exact and he improved other defects that I did not mention over the phone for the price quoted. In addition, he readjusted my garage door opener operating conditions. His price was extremely reasonable for the service provided. We shall call on Dennis again for our needs at our home and rental property.
