B & B came to my house clean and ready to work. Before any work was performed they explained to me the problem, my options, and prices. We agreed on the repair and it was completed very quickly! The door never sounded so quiet!

The worker was on time and got right to work. He took the time to not only make the repair but also service all parts of the door even the opener. We were extremly satisfied with the service and highly recommend B&B Overhead Door Company.

The expected arrival was within an hour's period of time. Casey arrived a couple of minutes EARLY which meant, not only was he on time, he was done with the job within the original arrival window. Excellent service. Personable individuals both in the office and out in the field. Super result. Wonderful experience all around!
