Project: Repair Oil Furnace / Forced Air Heating System
They came to clean furnace and the owner left for over 2 hours to get a part.after spending over $500. I was told it was repaired temporarilly. I waited for a price for the additional repairs and even called them after waiting 2 weeks. They were going to get back to me that day or the next.Still waiting. I believe they can't gat a part for my 10 year old boiler. I am probably out the $500. and need to call someone else.You should call someone else too.

He is efficient and precise as well as clean. I was impressed at his quick service and he didn't try to sell me any additional services that did not need fixing. My AC works great. He did such a great job I dont expect to see him for a long time.

we needed a hot water heater we chose to have Brendon from BAL heating & air conditioning to replace it for us,due to his very fair price..He showed up on time the next day and with in a few hours we had hot water again..We are going to have him back for another project..

They came out on the Saturday evening of 4th of July weekend to fix my air conditioning. We were having really hot weather. Others never even called back until the Tuesday after the weekend. Would definitely recommend.

I was very pleased with BAL H&C. ALthough I am still in the early stages of planning my project, BAL was prompt to return my call and comeover for a walk-through that evening. He was knowledgeable, professional and not pushy. I appreciate him taking the time in the evening to do this.
I do plan to contact BAL H&C later this year if I go ahead with my plumbing project.

BAL was the only contractor of 4 interviewed that provided a detailed estimate prior to doing the job.
Brendon LeVeille performed the installation. He was prompt, courteous and professional in every aspect of the job. Based on my experience with this installation I have asked him to do some additional work installing a diverter in my heating system ductwork to provide some additional heat in the finished portion of our basement.
