I had to either get sliding glass door sections repaired, or they would have had to be replaced. Victor went to work immediately and was ultimately able to create a way to repair a very troublesome situation.

Project: Repair a Sliding Door or Tracks

My problem was that it was VERY hard to LOCK the door once it was closed and often I just could NOT lock it. Victor checked the door out, said the problem was with the wheels on the bottom. However since I have steel security 'doors' installed it was impossible to remover the sliding glass door without removing the steel doors and that would be expensive and very time consuminmg. So, he did his best to adjust the wheels without removing the door. AND IT worked!! I can now lock the door, albiet I have to close it in a special way which Victor showed me.
