I am so glad I had Mike and Steven do the work in my attic. I had a lot of worries about the job in the begining and Mike talked to me informed me on details. Came by and did a great job. My upstairs is so much warmer. I should of had it done sooner. Thanks Mike.

Aztec Builders has been very professional in repairing some home siding and replacing some wood trim along the side of my house due to damage caused by some crazed woodpeckers. Aztec has come back several times to ensure the job was done right despite the weather taking taking its toll on the trim. Aztec even hung a woodpecker house to give these varmints a place to rest so they will leave my home alone!

Mike not only works hard under the most adverse conditions (nearly 100 degree heat on many days), but also aims to please. He offers suggestions on ways to save $, and does a terrific job. The neighbors are admiring my siding are testament to his dedication to customer satisfaction. I have to include kudos for Dave, who assisted Mike throughout. Both were a pleasure to work with. I not only would recommend Aztec to friends, but already have. I also plan to call Mike first when I get around to the inside work. Many thanks for a great job, Aztec! I am more than pleased with the results :)

Mike and crew arrived thinking their job was going to be to replace some damaged fascia. When the took the fascia down it was very evident that the water damage was much more extensive caused by a poor engineering job from the builder. The job became MUCH more than anticipated. Mike and crew took it on in a very professional manner, showed up every day for a week and a half on time and literally rebuild two major decks and weight bearing beams. I would absolutely recommend Aztec to be hardworking, honest and a quality builder that does the job right.
