Craig from Axiom was very professional but most of all he's a really nice guy who knows what he is doing. He did a great job on the cracks in our ceiling after explaining what needed to be done and how he was going to do it. I would hire him in a second the next time I need something repaired. Thanks again Craig !

Project: Install Laminate Countertops
Strongly recommend getting a written quote. Had a small custom table re-finishing poject that was a little unusual type project. Agreed to a verbal price upfront and then due to complexities contractor changed to amount owed at closing of the deal. Could have been handled a little better in the quoting process.
Comment from Axiom Home Improvements
A simple misunderstanding of whether or not custom material was included in the estimate (my oversight). In the end, I split the $100 difference with the customer with the customer paying $40 of it. I'm surprised there was no mention of how elated he was with the finished product.

Project: Install Stone Slab Countertops
Craig was extremely responsive throughout the entire project. He took the burden of multiple contractor rerpationships to complete the work on himself and made the journey seamless for us. Whenever we had a question, concern, or need he was prompt and excited the required steps to reassure us we were on the right path and good to go. The final product is Bette then we visioned.. Craig is a talented, honorable resource.. Thanks Craig.....

They were on-time, did what they said they were going to do, their prices were reasonable and gave me a thorough explanation of what needed to be done. Very professional. I would use them again for other related services for my house.
