Was able to fix my problem with a service call only...spent ample time to ensure that the problem was resolved. Could have told me I needed more, but was honest and fair.

He was proficient, before leaving he came back in to make sure it was working properly. A couple of hours later he called to check with me and make sure it was still ok, when I told him it wasn"t he said he would return tomorrow and bring the other part needed and would replace it.

Apparently I was made the last call of the day, because they scheduled me in as last minute. The techs said they were ready to go home but they got the call to repair my dryer, otherwise I would have had to wait till next day and I had a wet load of clothes to dry. I commend them for going above and beyond. They saved the day!

My clothes dryer went out on a Saturday night. After going around and around with Sears I submitted a request through Service Magic. Cindy from Awesome Enterprises called me on Sunday, told me what she thought the problem and scheduled a technician to come at noon on Monday. He was there and gone by 12:15 after replacing the belt on my dryer. The cost is exactly what we discussed over the phone and my dryer works again! Probably my best service experience, ever! I will definitely contact Awesome Enterprises if I have appliance issues in the future.

The service repair man was early (which was GREAT). He practically knew what the problem was right from the beginning. Was done with the repair in less than an hour. I highly recommend Awesome Enterprises!
