City: McKinney Project: Appliance (Major Electric Appliance) - Install or Replace I called the company and the rep told me $60 for the service call and when they came they actually charged my wife $90.  They said it was probably the heating unit and then came back later… Read Complete Rating I called the company and the rep told me $60 for the service call and when they came they actually charged my wife $90.  They said it was probably the heating unit and then came back later and said it was the board, which would be $150.00 to replace so they could either replace it or buy a new unit.  I called to ask about the extra $30 charge and the rep didn't have an answer for me.  My wife called today because she has not heard from them in 5 days and they said the service person was let go and that we could still buy the board.  Now I am out $90.00 and nothing has been done and I have no idea what is wrong with my dishwasher.  See All Ratings
