Project: Clean Windows

My house is over 3,000 sq. ft. floor to ceiling windows and doors cover the entire south side and most of the north side of the house. The entrance has 14 tall foot floor to ceiling windows. The service man sent to clean my windows showed up with a bottle of windex, a sqeege and paper towels. He did not have a ladder and did not provide the kind of professional window cleaning I was expecting. I feel completely ripped off of the $320.00 I paid. I will never use this service again, nor will I recommend this service to anyone. I now have to wash the windows myself before the holidays.
