We are a full service structural engineering/ design firm. Our business was founded in August of 1987. Our primary clients are architects, building designers, building contractors, real estate developers, and homeowners. The primary area we serve is Los Angeles and Ventura County. Projects include high-end custom homes, multi-family buildings, light-commercial buildings, remodels and tenant improvements, repair of foundation settlement, Seismic retrofit, retaining walls, structural inspections for real estate buyers, and insurance company claim assessments and repairs.

I only had a small job, to get a certification on a header where I took out a wall. Albert came out and quickly, easily and inexpensively did the job. The city was happy with the plan and everything is moving forward in a timely manner. I'm very happy with the service Albert provided.
