Project: Hire a Handyman
This pro work SUCKED. I should have known from the first visit. The pro didn’t write down anything but promised the world with their superior quality and service. When I got the estimate it was kind of high put they said the price was due to their superior work and warranty on all worked performed. But because they didn’t write anything down I had to keep reminding them what needed to be done. They kept arguing with me about what I asked them to do; don’t’ believe anything they say. They kept forgetting what we agreed upon. Their painting efforts were child like at best. They lied about some of the work; they claimed they performed but never completed. I made the mistake of paying them with one outstanding issue left; it took me a dozen phone calls and eventually yelling and screaming to get them to complete the outstanding issue. It took a month before they completed the job. It was as two hour fix. I also requested they fix an issue that wasn’t working correctly. They installed a storm door on the front of the house. They didn’t do a very good job installing the door and I requested they fix it. They informed me it wasn’t their fault that the tenant had damage the door. This was a week after the install. They didn’t put all the screws in the hinges of the door and they didn’t install enough screws in the frame of the door to the house. IF they call hang up…. I know I am the loan detractor to their work but I paid them 3,000. 00 for my job and will state loudly BUYER BEWARE. If anyone has any questions feel free to email me, b5hbzq8@yahoo.com. I stand by my assessment. I might have been able to deal with the sub-par work but the fact that it took me 30 days to get them to finish the job after I paid them was very unprofessional. They fact that they refused to fix an issue that was clearly due to their sub-par work was painful to say the least. Michael H.

Project: Hire a Handyman
The men come when they said they would and did two jobs for me. Both were done well and completed in a reasonable time. Upon contacting Mservicemagic originally, a man called within a day and came out the next day to evaluate the job. It was completed within a day or so. I would diffently call them again for a project.
