Eric answered my calls promptly, explained things clearly and provided timely, professional work for the price he quoted. He also cleaned things up neatly after finishing his work. I would definitely recommend Avid Plumbing.

Eric from Avid Plumbing was very professional, gave me a fair price on the water heater and it was installed quickly. He's still working with me regarding a sporadic leak under my bathroom vanity.

He gave me an arrival time estimate and called to say he was running a little late. Even with that call he was only 20 minutes late which to me was outstanding. I have had previous contractors who ran over 4 hours late with no phone call. I would definitely use him again.

He treated me professionally with respect. I did not feel as if he was trying to take advantage of me (widowed antique). His knowledge base was excellent. He answered questions and gave helpful advice. I would recommend him in a flash. A friend of mine is a member of Angies list and I am having her write a recommendation for me.

The intsallation of the new fixture and h repair of the ktchen faucet were both completed in less time than expected. I am totally satisfied with the work anf the quality of the service.
