I used him for small projects then I had a vacant Condo repair, He was slow and hard to contact. He did a little work once in awhile. Weeks later, he called and said he needed money. I told him to finish the job and email a detailed bill. He called, said he could not email because he lost Internet Svc. I met him and expected about 10 hours of work. He gave me a bill for 39 hours and $300 materials. The bill had no detail on his time or the materials. In a weak moment I paid him, he promised to send me detail for his bill. He never did and I paid too much. He is slick and took advantage of me with his hard luck story.
