My experience with them was stellar. They listened well to my needs, showed up quickly after I accepted their estimate, and were very communicative throughout the process. They designed and completed the dream garden I had always wanted. I went from living in a pit of a backyard to paradise.

Avalon came out and did my tree trimming job excellently, however it was some effort to get them out to do it. They missed they're first appointment, and it required repeated calls from me to reschedule. Once they were out however, they did a great job for a reasonable price. Clean up was also good.

First off, you have a list of 4 landscapers but only one, Avalon Landscape, bothered to call and come over with an estimate. I did not hear from Turning Leaves, Double Green or Guzman's Gardens. I got other estimates on my own but ultimately went with Avalon, not because they were the cheapest but I just thought they were the most professional. Unfortunately, the day before they were to cut the tree down, I got a call from them saying they could not make it because their previous job was taking longer than originally thought. So I was left high and dry and had to reschedule several other things in order for them to come the week after. The next week they did show up on time and really worked very hard. Their works have to be commended for doing such a good job. All in all, what could have turned out to be a bad situation, turned out to be a good one.

Luis was very nice, and his crew did a generally good job. However, they trampled a bunch of plants around the tree, left a major sawdust mess and took three weeks to get back out and remove the stump after cutting the tree down.

Quality of service was excellent, I had trouble on several occasions reaching the principle and the on site guys did not communicate with me wel lat all. Timeliness was accetptable, project was completed in 6 days vs. the estimated 2 days. Budget was right on the mark, cleanliness was rather unacceptable. I had to ask them to come out again to clean up, the excess sand and cement was dumped in the yard on my grass and is not going away as was promised. Overall value was acceptable, overall I was not treated well and thigns were not explained to me properly.
