The inspector was very professional and knowledgable. He advised me and understood that I am first time homebuyer new to the inspection process. He was clear and concise and did not talk over my head or leave me confused about what he found. His report was clear but missing a crucial detail on the exterior..driveway unacessible. Though me mentioned a trip hazard with the driveway, it is more important that neither my car nor two trucks could access the driveway or garage.

Joe Kelly was very professional and honest. He showed up to the job almost an hour prior to the scheduled inspection! He is very thorough in inspections. He found a possible carbon monoxide leak from the gas water heater in my attic. Using Avalon was clearly a good choice and the best value since Mr.Kelly uses the thermoimaging technology.

Joe Kelley was very professional and took time to help me understand the home inspection process. He explained "everything" to me. Based on the info that he provided, I was confidant that the purchase was a good one. I came away from it understanding completely what was needed to bring my new home up to par and the inspection report has acted as a blueprint for the things that need to be done. Mr Kelley even came back a week later at no additional expense to make sure that the furnace worked properly because the county didn't /couldn't cut the gas on until the week following the inspection. Thanks Avalon Home Inspections!!
