He was knowledgable about the sump pump and install a better pump than what I had. He also gave me a one year warranty on his services.

He came outonce to check out problem. called water heater co. ordered a elictric start. next day I called and ordered a new control box. 4 days later the 2 parts came. I called Curtis to come back to install parts. He came put in electric start. The next day my renter called me to complain no hot water. I called Curtis to return to install control box.
